Emily Cooper, Sports Therapist

I completed my Bachelors in Sport and Exercise Therapy in York and I am now studying for a Masters in Physiotherapy.

Since completing my degree, I have worked as a Sport Therapist for rugby teams and provided competition day first aid for athletics.

I also had the opportunity to work with the Cook Islands Women’s Rugby League team during the 2021 Rugby League World Cup.I have additional qualifications in advanced first aid, Rock-taping, sport massage and fitness instructing which helps create the best individual rehab, or prehab, programme.

I have been involved in sport all my life, including playing rugby for many years and in my spare time you will find me in the gym or practicing yoga as well as enjoying the countryside.
