"Tis' the Season to be Jolly"

Tis' the season to be jolly, so we have decided to give you ideas during Christmas and gift ideas for those who are active and those would like to be more active!




It's Christmas time, after one too many Puddings so avoid sitting for long period of time

Put on your walking boots, wrap up well and go for a walk to stretch the legs. Stand up and walk about every 30 minutes or so. Be mindful of the chair you sit on for back pain, take regular breaks when driving to family and friends houses to stretch the legs.
